What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email and your message.
Why
We use this information only to reply to your message and follow up on your request.
Who has access
The AICC administrators in charge of replying to messages.
Providers
Messages are sent through an email delivery service (Resend) and the site is hosted by a cloud provider (Vercel). These providers may process information outside Canada.
Retention
We keep your message for as long as needed to reply and follow up.
Your rights
You may ask for access to your information, or for its correction or deletion, by writing to info@ciac-canada.org.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not use tracking cookies or analytics tools at the moment.
